Our current collection of cheese cakes encompasses a variety of creations featuring flowers, fruit or even feathers making it easier for you to find the perfect one. Each product description details the stack from the base upwards and we've even worked out the cost per head. 

Price listed includes a selection of decorations and a choice of base (slate board, tree slice and mirrored plates available).

Speak to us about your event location, you may enjoy our 'deliver and build' service as part of the price if you're in or around Yorkshire or alternatively customers further away can have their products shipped.  All shipped* items arrive in a chilled fresh box with decorations, base and build instructions.....enjoy!

SNOWDONIA TREE  £125
Serves: 10-12 people (Approx £10.40/head)

A unique product for small intimate parties, this tree is a new and exciting way to include plenty of flavours in your cheddar cheese selection. Present the Snowdonia Tree at your next gathering or themed event. Add eggs at Easter or tinsel at Christmas and use the tree over and over again!

CHERRY  £185

Serves:  45 - 50 people (Approx £3.70/head)

Cherry is proudly the first in the collection to boast a delicious fruit cake layer to accompany your cheese. If you still love a little bit of sweet with your savoury then this attractive design will suit any occasion. Don't forget we can add festive decorations and she will grace your Christmas table perfectly.

Rutland Red Leicester - Rutland Red is buttered, cloth-bound and matured for six months to produce a flaky, open texture cheese with a slightly sweet, caramelised flavour and rich golden orange colour.

Fruit Cake - Freshly made with made with candied and dried fruit, nuts, and spices, and soaked in spirits.

Coverdale Plain - Made at Kirby Malzard near Ripon, this unique cheese is smoother than a Wensleydale and has a sharper flavour. Perfect if you like a smoother cheese with a bit more bite.

The Truffler - An earthy character that will surprise and excite you with the wild truffle tone that comes through. The truffle is subtle and does not over power this mould ripened cheese, yet adds some thing very special to the flavour.

ISABELLA  £360

Serves: 85-95 people (Approx £3.80 /head)
This rustic but delicately styled tower boasts a large pork pie base and a broad selection of cheeses with big flavours. As shown, she is perfect for garden, country house and tipi events. Isabella comes with either a mirrored plate or a tree slice base*.

Pork Pie - Delicious and hand made with love these award winning pies look fabulous as a base to your cheese tower.

Rutland Red Leicester -  Rutland Red is buttered, cloth-bound and matured for six months to produce a flaky, open texture cheese with a slightly sweet, caramelised flavour and rich golden orange colour. 

Long Clawson Blue Stilton - Our Stilton will be ready at around eight weeks old and is crumbly and creamy with a bold and expressive flavour. The milk  comes only from local farmers ensuring low food miles. 

Baron Bigod Brie - A creamy, white bloomy-rind cheese handmade with a smooth silky texture and a golden curd. With long lasting warm earth, farmyard and mushroom flavours, this cheese was named after Baron Bigod, the Earl of Norfolk in the 12th century.
 
Cornish Garlic YargCoated in edible garlic leaves and handmade on the Dutchy of Cornwall's estate, this semi hard cheese is matured for at least six weeks. 

Boy Laity - Bold and rustic with a rich and buttery centre. When left to mature this amazing handmade, mould ripened Cornish Camembert will reveal a complex nature with a pungent aroma!

Romantically themed, this twin stack is seated on an elegant glass effect stand for a real statement. A wide range of cheese types means every one of your guests will find their favourite.

Wensleydale Top Tier - Handmade with traditional animal rennet, looks and tastes the part.

Neufchâtel - A soft, slightly crumbly, mold-ripened cheese made in the Neufchâtel-en-Bray, French region of Normandy. One of the oldest kinds of cheese in France, its production is believed to date back to the 6th century.

CECELIA £210

A Yorkshire Lass through and through this tower is made purely with cheeses from the county. Sporting a succulent pork pie, this item has a lovely local twist. A slate base is included with this piece as well as a second pork pie to keep everyone happy for longer.

Abbots Gold & Fountains Gold - From the Hawes Dairy, traditional cheddar combined with caramelised onions....sits beside a Cheddar style semi-firm cheese made using jersey milk.

Shepherds Purse Harrogate Blue & Yorkshire Blue - A soft blue cheese made with red curd with a peppery taste.....twinned with a traditional vegetarian blue cheese made from Yorkshire cows milk. Turned as it matures, it features the uniformed blue veining and creaminess.

Pork Pie - Award winning and locally sourced, this pork pie is an unexpected treat! 

Coverdale Smoked -  Also produced at Hawes Dairy, it is a naturally smoked cheese using unpasteurised cows milk.
Barncliffe Brie - A hand crafted artisan, soft cheese direct from the dairy....a real rarity!

Made entirely from the Wensleydale collection at Hawes Dairy, this indulgent design is laced with delicious fresh fruit such as figs, and grapes and presented on a slate base.

Hawes Wensleydale Blue 16 - An eye catching russet coloured cheese full of character, the creamy velvety texture leads you through to sweet caramel notes and a nutty savoury flavour.

FLORENCE £155

Florence is great for a more intimate event and comes presented on a tree trunk base for that outdoor touch.

Ribblesdale - Mild and piquant, with a silky smooth and creamy texture. Ribblesdale Superior Goat Cheese is made with pasteurised milk and is suitable for vegetarians.

Godminster Vintage Organic Cheddar - Strong flavoured wax cheddar made from pasteurised organic cows milk. One of the best!

King Richard III - A Pre-war Wensleydale recipe, it's the only cheese of its type in the world. It's moist and creamy, with a honeyed flavour and lower acidity than modern, mass-produced Wensleydale cheeses.

Green Thunder - Its perfectly balanced flavour allows the mature Cheddar, garlic & herbs to complement without taking over. Green Thunder represents a real achievement in cheese-making that any cheese lover will appreciate – striking the perfect balance of complementary but powerful flavours.

Windsor Red - A semi-hard, creamy, full flavoured pasteurised cheddar cheese laced with port and brandy. Its pink and white colour creates an eye-catching appeal.

Wensleydale Cranberry - Creamy, crumbly & full of flavour Yorkshire Wensleydale cheese, carefully combined with the delicate fruity succulence of pure, sweet cranberries. An original creation from The Wensleydale Creamery.

Red Storm - This waxed cheese boasts serious vintage credentials, aged for typically 18 months creating an intense flavour and refined texture. Red Storm has already made a name for itself, winning a Bronze at the Nantwich International Cheese Awards.

Red Devil - A judicious hit of chilli is the perfect foil for the rich savouriness of Red Leicester in this popular member of Snowdonia's range. 

Vintage Applewood - A semi hard smoked cheddar made in Somerset from cows milk and coated in wax.

British Heart - The classic and highly popular flavour of Godminster in an individual heart shaped wax with a rich, mellow, full lingering flavour. Hand made in Somerset from the farm’s own cattle, this vintage cheddar has a memorable and exceptionally creamy full flavour.

Wookey Hole Cheddar - Maturing cheese in caves dates back hundreds of years. The all year-round temperature and humidity in the caves at Wookey Hole, Dorset creates a cheddar that's deliciously rich, tangy and mature with distinctive earthy and nutty flavours from the atmosphere.
